OVERVIEW
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and Rescom Technologies Ltd ("Rescom") governing your use of the platform, website, applications, hardware, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By signing up, visiting the website, or subscribing to a package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Services.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must open a Rescom Account to use the Services. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your account including actions taken by users you have authorised. Rescom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information or violate these terms.
SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
Packages:
Solo — 1 location, up to 8 users, $299/month (additional users above 3 at $49/month, maximum 8 users)
Operator — 1 location, unlimited users, $749/month
Group — 2 to 5 locations, unlimited users, $1,199/month
Collection — 6 to 15 locations, unlimited users, $1,999/month
Enterprise — 16-30 locations, unlimited users, $2,499/month
Enterprise+ — 31-100 locations, unlimited users, $4,999/month
Free month — Every package begins with one free month. No payment required during the free month. No credit card required to start.
Billing — Subscriptions are billed monthly from month two onwards through Stripe.
Launch pricing — Customers who received a lifetime price lock during the Rescom launch period will pay the locked price for the duration of their active subscription on that package.
Package changes — Upgrades and downgrades take effect from the start of the next billing cycle.
Hardware — Purchased separately. Not included in the subscription price.
Failed payments — If payment fails, Rescom will notify you and retry. Access may be suspended after 7 days of outstanding payment.
FREE MONTH AND 30-DAY PROGRESS GUARANTEE
In your first 30 days you will find a cost leak you never knew existed, close your day in minutes not hours, and see your entire operation clearly for the first time. If you do not, you may request a full refund of your first paid month's subscription and return your hardware for a full refund subject to the following conditions:
Refund request made within 30 days of subscription activation.
Hardware returned within 30 days of delivery.
Hardware in original condition with all components and original packaging.
No physical damage or misuse.
Return shipping at customer's expense.
Taxes paid on hardware not refundable where required by local law.
Refund processing:
Subscription refund within 14 business days of approval.
Hardware refund within 14 business days of receipt of returned hardware.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel at any time without penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply. Cancel from your account settings or by contacting info@rescom.com.
ACCOUNT CANCELLATION AND DATA PROTECTION
On voluntary cancellation, personal data is deleted within 90 days. You may export your data at any time during this period using the export tools in the platform.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify info@rescom.com immediately of any unauthorised access.
DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Rescom is SOC 2 Type II compliant, PCI DSS compliant, and GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. You own your data at all times.
PERMITTED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to use the Services in violation of applicable law, reverse engineer the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, impersonate others, resell or sublicense access, or reproduce Rescom content without written consent.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Rescom and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Rescom Technologies Ltd. You are granted a limited non-exclusive licence to use the Services for internal business purposes only.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Rescom is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services integrated with the platform.
UPTIME AND AVAILABILITY
Rescom targets 99.99% uptime. Rescom is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Rescom's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Rescom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the DIFC, Dubai, UAE. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
AMENDMENTS
Significant changes will be notified by email and through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
